How do I earn money?
Open the Game Hub, pick a live game, and play. Every completed run credits a fixed play reward based on your current rank. Wins can add a win bonus. Rewards go to your earnings balance.
Why is the pay the same on every game?
Payouts are set by your rank / level, not by the game. Upgrade your rank to raise the fixed play reward and daily play allowance.
What are daily caps?
Each rank has a daily play limit (and related earnings ceiling). When you hit the cap, play pauses until the next day - or upgrade to unlock more plays.
Is there a cooldown between games?
Yes. After finishing a run, wait about 8 seconds before another completion counts. This keeps play fair for everyone.

Purchase balance vs earnings balance?
Purchase is for ranks and upgrades (deposits + referral commissions). It is not withdrawable. Earnings is game reward money - that is what you cash out.
How do deposits work?
Use Deposit to fund your purchase vault via CryptoCurrencies or FaucetPay. Confirmed deposits raise purchase balance so you can climb ranks.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdraw from earnings only. Choose a coin (and network when needed), paste your wallet address, and submit. Requests are reviewed before payout. Minimum: $5.00.
Ranks & upgrades

What do ranks unlock?
Higher ranks raise your fixed play reward, win bonus, and daily play count. Upgrade from the Ranks / Upgrade page using purchase or earnings balance.
What are play credits?
Paid upgrades grant a play-credit pool (roughly daily plays × 90 days). Unused credits can discount your next upgrade. Credits do not expire your rank.
Do I lose my rank if I stop playing?
No. Your rank stays. Credits only affect upgrade pricing - they do not remove your level.

How does the referral program work?
Share your invite link from Referrals. When players you recruit earn from games, you get a cut of their game base earnings.
What are the commission rates?
Three stages: 10% direct (Level 1), 5% Level 2, 3% Level 3. Commissions credit your purchase balance.
Can I withdraw referral commissions?
Not directly. Referral loot funds purchase balance for ranks and upgrades. Game earnings remain the withdrawable balance.

Wrong crypto network?
Always match coin + network (e.g. USDT TRC20 vs ERC20). Sending on the wrong chain can mean lost funds. Double-check the address placeholder example before submitting.
Withdrawal still pending?
Payouts are reviewed manually. Check Recent payouts on the Withdraw page. If it stays pending longer than usual, contact support with your request ID.
Account or login issues?
Use the same email you registered with. If you are locked out after too many attempts, wait a few minutes and try again. Still stuck? Reach out with your username.
