This Privacy Policy explains how EarnGameplay (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our play-to-earn arcade Service.

Account data. Username, email, hashed password, referral code, and optional profile fields you provide.

Wallet & play data. Purchase and earnings balances, rank, play credits, deposit/withdrawal records, game sessions (scores, rewards, status), and referral relationships.

Security signals. Hashed IP and device fingerprints, rate-limit counters, and similar signals used to prevent abuse, bots, and multi-accounting - not sold as marketing profiles.

Technical data. Browser type, pages visited on our site, and basic logs needed to keep the Service running.

We do not ask for government ID by default. If withdrawal verification is required later, we will tell you what is needed and why.

Operate accounts, ranks, games, referrals, deposits, and withdrawals.

Credit rewards, enforce daily caps and cooldowns, and run anti-fraud checks.

Process payouts and communicate about your account (security, status, important product changes).

Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand aggregate usage - not to sell your personal data.

Payment and crypto processors (e.g. CryptoCurrencies, FaucetPay, blockchain networks) receive only what is required to settle a deposit or withdrawal you request (amount, destination address, transaction references).

You are responsible for keeping your password and wallet addresses confidential. Enable unique passwords and never share login links.

Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where the law requires (e.g. completed financial transactions).

You can stop using the Service at any time. Closing an account may limit further play; pending withdrawals remain subject to review under our Terms.

The Service is not directed at children under the age required to use online payment and entertainment services in your region. If you believe a child provided data, contact us so we can delete it where appropriate.

We may process and store information on servers in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you understand that data may be transferred to those locations with appropriate safeguards where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted in-product or by email when appropriate.

Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where local law requires explicit consent.
