Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EarnGameplay (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.

You must be legally able to use online entertainment and payment services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person should maintain one account unless we expressly allow otherwise. We may suspend or close duplicate, fake, or shared accounts.

EarnGameplay is an arcade-style play-to-earn platform. You play skill or casual games, earn rewards subject to your rank, and may cash out eligible earnings.

Features (games, ranks, referrals, deposits, withdrawals) may change, pause, or end at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific level of earnings.

Rewards are determined by your active rank (fixed play reward and optional win bonus), not by random ranges on individual games.

Each rank includes daily play limits and related caps. When caps are reached, further rewarded play may pause until the next day or until you upgrade.

A short cooldown (about 8 seconds) applies between completed sessions. Anti-fraud checks may delay, reduce, or void rewards if abuse is suspected.

Rank upgrades are paid from purchase and/or earnings balance as shown on the Upgrade page. Play-credit discounts, if any, apply only as described in-product.

Purchase balance is used for ranks and upgrades. It may include deposits and referral commissions. Purchase balance is not withdrawable.

Earnings balance holds game rewards and is the balance eligible for withdrawal, subject to these terms and admin review.

Minimum withdrawal is $5.00 (or the amount shown on the Withdraw page). You must select the correct coin and network. Wrong addresses or networks can result in irreversible loss of funds.

Withdrawal requests are pending until approved. We may request verification, delay, refuse, or reverse payouts connected to fraud, chargebacks, errors, or terms violations.

Deposit and payout providers (e.g. CryptoCurrencies, FaucetPay, crypto rails) are third parties. Their fees, delays, and rules also apply.

The referral program pays approximately 10% / 5% / 3% on eligible game base earnings of players in your invite tree (direct and deeper levels as configured).

Commissions credit purchase balance, not withdrawable earnings. Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivized spam, or other abuse may void commissions and lead to account action.

You agree not to: automate play beyond official clients we provide; cheat, spoof scores, or manipulate sessions; attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; harass others; or use the Service for money laundering or illegal activity.

We may limit, freeze, or terminate accounts and claw back balances when we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

Games, branding, UI, and content on EarnGameplay are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play as intended.

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our assets without written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Play-to-earn involves risk; past results do not guarantee future rewards.

To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or crypto losses due to user error (wrong network/address). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, legal risk, or operational reasons.

On termination, pending withdrawals may be reviewed case-by-case. Unused purchase balance is generally non-refundable except where required by law or our explicit policy.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of EarnGameplay, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised with support in good faith. Courts or arbitration venues may be designated by the operator in a production legal pack.
